Need to stop your recording and then add more to it later? Whether you're switching devices, switching rooms, passing the appointment to the doctor or technician on the same account... you can do so by following the steps here!
Important Disclaimer: Whenever a new recording is added to a note, the existing note will get re-processed and a completely new note will be generated. Any edits make prior to Add To will get overwritten.
Step 1: Select the Note You Would Like to Add To.
Click on the note you would like to add to.
Step 2: Add to the Recording
Click on the purple microphone icon located in the middle of the page at the bottom of the note.
Selecting this will prompt the recording to begin again immediately. Add the new portion of your appointment, and then hit the Stop Recording button when you have finished.
Your note will start processing to generate the note with the additional recording. Go back into your Inbox to review your complete note.
The result? A single SOAP note will using the two recordings combined... and guess what, you can add as many as you'd like!
