ℹ️ Patients are a last-generation feature and won't be updated as frequently. If you already use a PIMS, we recommend not creating patients in Scribenote and simply using our auto-generated note titles to keep track of which patients your medical records are for.
Assign your note to a patient!
Go to your Inbox. Scroll down to see your list of notes.
Select the lightning button of the note (or notes, yes plural, you can choose more than 1 note at a time) that you wish to move to a certain patient.
This will activate the ⚡Quick Actions menu to pop up.
Select Move to Patient to move the note(s).
💡You can alternatively select Duplicate to Patient and this will make a copy of the note!
⚠️ Recordings and attachments will not be copied to the new note, but will remain on the original.
4. Select the patient that you wish to move your note to. You can type in the search bar or create a new patient, if needed.
5. Confirm your selection.
6. You'll then get a green confirmation popup and be taken to your paw friend's profile!
So now, when you go to your patients' profiles, you'll be able to see all their notes listed in one spot! 🐾
You can click the New Patient button on the right to add a brand new paw friend to your list of patients with their details!
