Flagging a Note to Our Team

Here's how you can bring a particular note to our attention.

Are you experiencing a technical issue with a particular note? If so, please flag it for us using the guide below! 🚩

This will send the note with all the necessary details to our Customer Delight team so we can help you more effectively. It will also start a chat for us to continue communications with you as well.

How do I flag a note?

  1. Open your note.

  2. Click Something Wrong. This button is located beside the note type and status, and it will also turn red when you hover over it.

  3. Let us know what the issue is.
    ​

  4. Hit Send.

What you should report to us:

βœ… Your note has output that appears completely wrong (eg. note that appears as if its for a different patient)

βœ… Your note is completely blank, but has clear audio

βœ… Your custom objective defaults did not get applied, but are enabled

What you should NOT report to us:

❌ Your note is missing some information

❌ You would like to provide feedback on how to improve SOAP results in general

In these cases, please use the Note Feedback Widget (thumbs up and thumbs down buttons) to report any feedback about your automatically generated note.
