Set up Billing for Your Team
Step 1: Log into your account on the Web App
Note: Teams and their billing can only be updated on the web app at app.scribenote.com.
Log in, and click My Teams from the dropdown.
If you have not yet created a team, please do this first. To learn how to create a Team, please click below:
Step 2: Choose the team you want to set up billing for, then click "Set Up Billing."
Step 3: Enter your billing information
Enter your billing information, and then click Save Card.
Note: Your card will not be charged at this time and will be saved for later changes to your DVMs' subscriptions/Account Plans.
Done! You're all set to make changes to your team's Account Plan as needed.

Upgrade Your Team Members' Subscriptions/Account Plan
Read below for how to change or upgrade your team members' Account Plan (e.g., from the Free Trial to Scribenote Unlimited).
Step 1: Log into your account on the Web App
Note: Teams and their billing can only be updated on the web app at app.scribenote.com.
Log in, and click My Teams from the dropdown. Then, select the team you would like to make changes to.
Step 2: Update the Account Plan for the User(s)
Click the Edit button next to the user you want to update. Then, choose their Account Plan from the dropdown menu.
Note: Only changes made to users with the DVM role affect your billing. For example, upgrading one DVM account adds one subscription to your bill. Other roles do not impact your subscription count.
When you upgrade a DVM, you'll be charged immediately for a prorated amount covering the time from the upgrade date to your next renewal. All DVM subscriptions renew on the same date.
To upgrade support staff, you must have at least one paid subscription active on your account.
You will not be able to make changes to someone who is individually paying for their own account, unless they cancel their subscription. There are instructions on how to do that here:
Step 3: Click the checkmark to save your changes.
Click the checkmark to save changes to your Team Members. Only one user can be updated at a time.

Manage your billing: view invoices, update payment info, cancel subscriptions, and/or switch your entire team's billing from the Monthly to the Annual plan (or vice versa).
Step 1: Log into your account on the Web App
Note: Billing can only be updated on the web app at app.scribenote.com.
Log in, and click 'My Teams" from the dropdown. Then, select the team you would like to view billing for.
Step 2: Click 'View Billing Info'
To update your Account Plan, click 'Update Subscription'. Select the Monthly or Yearly Option and hit continue. You will be prompted to confirm the changes. You will be charged a prorated amount based on your renewal cycle.
To update your credit card information, view past invoice history, or to cancel your plan, click on the applicable section and hit continue.
You can update these at any time!
Important Note: Cancelling your subscription will cancel all subscriptions linked to your team account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your subscription until that period ends.
