We do a pretty good job capturing most of the details in a note but we're not perfect, yet. Maybe we've missed some fields that you would like included in your notes, maybe there are certain types of appointments that you do that need different fields...
You can create your own template to use for those specific appointments! 🎉
First, go to Templates from the drop down menu by clicking your Account Profile icon.
You'll see three preset templates that we've made for you, you can't edit those but you can make your own by clicking the grey + New Template under Your Templates section.
Enter a Title and Description and choose a nice colour for your template!
You can fill out the Subjective, Assessment, Plan and Additional Notes section with anything you need!
The Objective section has more options for you to customize, turn on the Edit Fields toggle and you will be able to edit all the rows.
Delete rows that you don't need in the Default Fields and in the Custom Fields, add new rows!
Once, you save, they'll show in Your Templates.
Fee free to make as many templates as you want! 😁
How To Use a Template
Create a new Typed Note by going to your Quicknotes and clicking + New Note under the Notes section.
Then click Use Template.
You will then be prompted to Select the template. Choose from our Preset Templates or one that you've created yourself!
