โน๏ธ Typed Notes are a last-generation feature and won't be updated as frequently.
We do a pretty good job capturing most of the details in a note but we're not perfect, yet. Maybe we've missed some fields that you would like included in your notes, maybe there are certain types of appointments that you do that need different fields...
You can create your own template to use for those specific appointments! ๐
โ ๏ธ Note: Templates currently only apply to Typed Notes and not to Auto-Notes.
First, go to Typed Note Templates from the drop down menu by clicking your Account Profile icon.
You'll see three preset templates that we've made for you, you can't edit those but you can make your own by clicking the grey + New Template under Your Templates section.
Enter a Title and Description and choose a nice colour for your template!
You can fill out the Subjective, Assessment, Plan and Additional Notes section with anything you need!
The Objective section has more options for you to customize, turn on the Edit Fields toggle and you will be able to edit all the rows.
Delete rows that you don't need in the Default Fields and in the Custom Fields, add new rows!
After you click save, they'll show in Your Templates.
Feel free to make as many templates as you want! ๐
How To Use a Template
First, create a New Typed Note. Select this by going to New Typed Note from the drop down menu by clicking your Account Profile icon.
Then select Quicknote from the New Note page.
Then click Use Template.
Warning: Selecting a template will overwrite any existing text in the note. Please choose your template before you start typing!
You will then be prompted to Select a Template. You can choose from our Preset Templates or one that you've created yourself!
