There are a few ways that you can customize your auto-notes!

1. Use the Adaptive Templates feature to build your own custom templates! To learn how to do this, see this article here:

2. Customize the Objective section of your note by updating Custom Objective Defaults. These will pull in a custom phrase instead of 'not mentioned', which will be overwritten by any abnormal or more in-depth findings verbalized during the appointment.

3. Use the AI Writing Assistant to 'show only abnormal' findings. This selection will remove any fields that are considered 'not mentioned' or 'normal.'
