The Select and Replace tool allows you to quickly replace a word or phrase throughout a single note. If the text appears multiple times, all instances will be updated at once.
⚠️ The Select/Replace tool is only available on the web app. Using this tool will only change the note you are editing, not future notes.

Open the note.
Click the ...More button. Then click the Select/Replace tool to activate the feature. It will change from OFF to ON.
Use your mouse to highlight a full or partial word or phrase in the note. Once text is selected, a text box will appear on the right side of your screen.
In the text box, type the word or phrase you want to replace the selected text with.
Click Replace.
