How to add more to a recording on the Scribenote mobile app

Need to stop your recording and then add more on to it later? Whether you're switching devices, switching rooms, passing the appointment to the doctor or technician on the same account... you can do so by following the steps here!

Important Disclaimer: Whenever a new recording is added to a note, the existing note will get re-processed and a completely new note will be generated. Any edits make prior to Add To will get overwritten.

Click a recorded note to edit. You will see the audio bar of the original note. On the right side is a purple🎙️Add button. This will open a pop-up for you to start recording.

The pop-up will have a big purple circle🎙️Record button. Click this whenever you're ready to begin recording.

When you're done, hit Stop.

The circle will have a quick load animation and give you a green check when it's done. Your note will start processing to generate the note with the additional recording. Next, go into your Inbox to review your complete note.

The result? A single SOAP note will using the two recordings combined... and guess what, you can add as many as you'd like!

Add to A Recording While the Note is Processing

To add to a recording while a note is still in processing, click on the note to open it. Above the loading animation on the right is a button that says "Add" which will allow you to add to it again.
