How to use the in app chat

Log into our web app (app.scribenote.com).
At the bottom right of the screen, open this chat icon:
You will see this tray pop up on your screen, click Send us a message.
Start typing away!
To close the chat box, click the same button that you opened the tray with.
You can send files like screenshots to us in the chat! Click the paperclip icon and select the appropriate file from your folders.
To view previous chats, click Messages from the bottom navigation bar and your chat history will be displayed here.
Mobile App
Mobile App
Log into the Scribenote app on your device (this will be the same credentials as you use on the web app)
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Account
Then tap the ℹ️ Need help? button
Tap Send us a message
Start typing away!
You can send files like screenshots to us in the chat! Tap the photos icon and select the appropriate file from your device.
To view previous chats, click Messages from instead of Send us a Message and your chat history will be displayed here.
