There are, however, a few ways that you can customize your auto-notes!
1) Customize the Objective section of your note by updating your "Custom Objective Defaults." These will pull in a custom phrase instead of 'not mentioned' or 'normal on exam' which will be overwritten by any abnormal findings verbalized during the appointment - this might help get your SOAP notes closer to your existing template!
2) Use the AI Writing Assistant feature to 'show only abnormal' findings. This selection will remove any fields that are considered 'not mentioned' or 'normal.' This should get rid of any field you do not discuss in your appointment without having to edit! To learn more about the AI Writing Assistant and how to do this, click here:
