On the mobile app, notes are listed in chronological order, regardless of their state. We know this can sometimes make it harder to find a specific note. To make this easier, you can use the search and filtering options to narrow down the note you are looking for.
Searching
You can use the search bar to look through your notes by title. Simply type in a keyword from the note’s title to bring it up. The most recent notes containing that keyword will appear at the top of the screen, followed by other matching notes in chronological order.
For even more accuracy, you can combine the search bar with the filters described in the next section. This helps you refine your results and quickly find the exact note you need.
Filtering
Let's say you'd like to add to a note that another team member has already started, for example if you're a doctor adding to a note that was started by a technician. If the technician has not already transferred that note to you, it will be in their Inbox.
On the main Dashboard page, you'll see a filter icon with a dropdown filter beside it. This will pull up a menu for you to select the Team Member(s) whose notes you would like to access. By default, Scribenote will show you your own Inbox.
The notes will be sorted from newest to oldest. Tap on the note you would like to access!
Here, you can add to the recording, make edits, change the template, transfer it to your own Inbox, or submit the note.
