Help! Why is my note labeled as "New Recording"?

If you recorded a Medical Note, a Recap, a Dictation, or a Callback and it got labeled as "New Recording" instead of "Processing", don't despair, there's a quick and easy way to fix it!

Simply click on the note. You should see a green banner at the top of the note like this:

Click the link, and the recording should be sent to our servers to be processed into an Auto-Note.

I don't see the green banner!

Check that your "Use Automation" setting is ON. You can check by going to your "Account" page on the website or on the app.
