Help! Why is my note labeled as "New Recording"?

Make sure that your Use Automation setting is toggled on

If you recorded an auto-note and it got labeled as New Recording instead of Processing, don't despair - there's a quick and easy way for you to fix it!

Simply click on the note, you should see a green banner at the top of the note like this:

Click the link and the recording will be sent to our servers to be processed and generate a note for you.

What if I don't see the green banner!?

  1. Check that your Use Automation setting is ON. You can check by going to your Account page on the website or on the app.

2. If you are on the free trial, confirm that you still have credit's remaining.
