Resetting Your Password

If you’re having trouble logging in, start with a quick check before resetting your password.

Quick Checks Before Resetting:

  1. Make sure Caps Lock is off.

  2. Use the eye icon to view your password as you type.

  3. Double check your email and password for typos or spelling errors.

  4. Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your password.

If you still can’t log in, follow the steps below to reset your password.


How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Forgot Password Page. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Scribenote and click Submit.

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Make sure the email is from a @scribenote.com address. If it’s not, do not click any links and delete the email.

    If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder before trying again.

  4. Click the reset your password button in the email. You’ll be taken to a secure page to create a new password.

  5. Enter your new password and click Submit. You’ll be redirected to the login page.

  6. Log in with your new password to confirm everything works.
