Have you accidentally recorded an appointment under the wrong team member's account? Do you always record notes for another team member? There are three ways to move a note to another Team Member's account. These are:
Transferring a note after stopping the recording.
Transferring a note while editing.
Transferring a note from the inbox.

Transferring a Note After Stopping the Recording.
Toggling the Transfer New Notes setting will automatically open a menu to transfer new recordings to a Team Member after pressing the stop button. This setting is useful if you're primarily recording on behalf of other members of the team (e.g., when assisting a DVM).

βWhen not to use: If you want to maintain ownership of your notes (e.g. if you are a DVM).
Step 1: Log into the Web App, and go to Your Account Settings.
Step 2: Toggle On "Transfer New Notes"
Under the Team settings, toggle on Transfer New Notes.
Note that this is currently a device-dependent setting, meaning all clinic computers will need to have this toggled on separately.
Step 3: Finish recording and select a user to transfer the note.
After finishing a recording, this popup will appear. Select the team member you would like to transfer the note to, and click Transfer. The note will then be moved to their Inbox.

Use this method if you are on the Edit Note page, and would like to transfer the note to another Team Member.
Note: You cannot transfer another team member's note; you can only transfer your own.
Step 1: Open the note and click your name in the top right.
Step 2: Select a user to transfer the note to.
A popup will appear prompting you to select the team member you would like to transfer the note to. Select the user from the dropdown, and click Transfer.
Step 3: Confirm note was transferred.
The note will then be moved to their Inbox, and the name at the top of the note will update.

Step 1: Open your Full View Inbox
Step 2: Select one or more notes to transfer
Select the notes that you wish to transfer ownership to.
Note: You can only multi-select notes under one Inbox tab at a time. The notes that you selected will not stay selected if you switch tabs.
Step 3: Click "Transfer Ownership"
After you select the notes you'd like to transfer, the Transfer Ownership button located at the bottom of your screen will bring you to a pop-up.
Step 4: Select your teammate
Use the drop-down menu to choose whose inbox you want to transfer your note(s) to!
Step 5: Click "Confirm"
The note(s) will be moved to the select user's Inbox.
