If you accidentally recorded one appointment in two separate notes, you can combine them by downloading the audio from one note and uploading it to the other.
Download the recording from the second note
Download the recording from the second note
Open the note that contains the second recording.
Click Download Audio at the end of the audio bar.
The file will save to your device.

Open the original note where you want both recordings combined.
Click Add at the end of the audio bar.
Select Upload Audio Files.
Choose the file you just downloaded.
Once uploaded, the second recording will appear in the original note and be processed as part of the same transcription.
You can upload multiple recordings this way. Scribenote will automatically stitch them into a single note output.
