Need to stop your recording and add more to it later? Whether you're switching devices, changing rooms, or passing the appointment to another doctor or technician on your team, you can do so by following the steps here.
⚠️ When a new recording is added to a note, the existing note will be re-processed and a completely new version will be generated. Any edits made before using the Add button will be overwritten.

Open the note you want to add to. Click on the recorded note to open it for editing.
Select the Add button. If the note has already processed, click the purple 🎙️ Add button to the right of the audio bar. If the note is still processing, you will see an Add to Recording button beneath the loading animation. Click that to continue adding audio.
Begin or upload a recording. A pop up will open. Click the large purple 🎙️ Record button when you’re ready to begin recording. Alternatively, you can upload a pre-recorded audio file by selecting Upload Audio Files.
Stop the recording. Click Stop when you’ve finished adding your new audio.
Wait for upload and processing. The button will show a quick loading animation and then display a green check once the upload is complete. Your note will begin processing with the added audio.
Review your updated note. Go to your Inbox to access your completed note once processing is finished.
You’ll end up with one combined SOAP note using all your recordings and you can add as many as you’d like 💜

Select the note you want to add to. Tap the note you’d like to continue recording for.
Add to the recording. Tap the purple 🎙️ microphone icon at the bottom center of the screen.
Begin recording. Recording will start immediately. Add the new portion of your appointment.
Stop the recording. Tap Stop Recording when you’re finished.
Wait for processing. Your note will begin processing to generate a new version that includes your additional recording.
Review your updated note. Go back to your Inbox to access the completed note.
