You can access your audio files any time. To listen to the recording open any note, and click the play button on the audio bar. If you would like to download the audio file follow these steps.
Open the note. Click on the note you want to download.
Download the audio. Choose one of the following options:
Click the download icon on the audio bar
Click the three dots on the right side of the audio bar and select Download audio
You can also open the transcript to review the full word-for-word conversation from the recording.
