If you are on the Free plan or a free trial and would like to upgrade to Scribenote Pro, just follow these steps.
Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Select Account from the dropdown.
Click on Subscription from the list on the left.
Click Upgrade Plan.
Choose Monthly or Annual billing by toggling between them. For more information on our pricing options, see our Pricing Page.
Enter your billing information.
Submit payment to activate your subscription.
✅ Your Scribenote Pro subscription begins immediately after payment is processed.
Manage Your Subscription
Manage Your Subscription
You can make changes to your subscription at any time.
Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Select Account from the dropdown.
Click the Subscription Details section.
The Plan Type section will show you your billing cycle and you current rate.
Clicking on Manage Plan will allow you to:
Update your credit card information
Change your billing email or billing address
View past invoices
Cancel your subscription
Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to Scribenote Pro features until that time. Once your billing cycle ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
⛔️ Prorated refunds are not provided for unused time.
Click the Profile icon i in the top right corner of your screen.
Select Account from the dropdown.
Click the Subscription Details section.
Click Cancel Subscription, or click on Manage Plan, then select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
