Scribenote was started when Ryan noticed that his sister Dr. Katie was coming home at least 2 hours late every day. He asked her what was going on and 9 times out of 10, she was staying at the clinic late to finish writing medical records.

Ryan wondered why she had to go through all that stress, catching up on notes on her own personal time. So, in 2019, he made a pledge to create something to help her within a decade, and four years later - here we are!

As a little girl, Dr. Katie dreamed of caring for pets, not managing meticulous medical records. This year, she shared with Ryan and the team that she can finally focus on her passion.
