Upon signing up, each new user immediately gets ✨50 free auto-notes✨ called Medical Notes (ie. the ones that create SOAP notes automatically), these do not have an expiry period. To register, create an account on our web app. Download our app Scribenote from the App Store or Play Store and you can begin SOAPing right away!
Once those auto-notes run out you can continue to use our other auto-note types called Dictation, Recap and Callback which are features that are ✨unlimited and completely free✨! Read more on them here:

You will no longer be able to make automated SOAP notes under a free account. In order to lengthen your free trial you can refer colleagues using your unique Scribenote Invite Link which gets you and your referrer 25 extra notes.
