The Scribenote web and mobile app must be recorded on a separate device than the one being used for the phone call.
Unfortunately, only one application can access the microphone at a time. We suggest:
recording on a different mobile device and using your cell phone to make the call
recording on your computer or laptop and using your cell phone to make the call
using your phone to record and calling the client on the clinic phone
