Help! My note is stuck in processing.

Has your note been in the processing state for more than 15 minutes?

Are you seeing this for too long?

To get your note out of the processing stage, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Open your Full View Inbox.

Step 2

Open the Processing tab.

Step 3

Hover over the "Processing" label of your note, and a "Retry" button will appear.

Click Retry, and your note should finish processing shortly.

If you notice any information that you have added to your note is missing, please use the "Add" button to record something short (i.e. just the word 'hello') and it will re-trigger all of the recordings to be included in the note by re-generating the note.

Note: If your note has been processing for longer than 15 minutes, let us know.
