Help! My Medical Record does not include what I mentioned in my appointment.

If Scribenote did not pick up on some of the things you mentioned in your appointment, don't worry - your information is not lost! Try these steps to help.

Step 1: Check the Structured Data tab

When using Scribenote on the web (app.scribenote.com) you can check the tab that says "Show Data" at the bottom of your webpage when you are editing a note.

This tab often contains more detailed information that was pulled from your appointment transcript, so that you don't have to read through the whole transcript to find a key piece of information!

From there, you can simply click to copy a piece of information, and then paste it into the Medical Record.

Step 2: Check the note's transcript

This can also be done from the web app (app.scribenote.com) only. If the Structured Data does not contain the information you need, you can check the transcript.

Step 3: Listen back to the audio

If all else fails and you still don't remember a key point from your appointment, you can always listen back to the appointment audio!
