Default Templates

Default Templates are pre-built and rigorously tested by the Scribenote team to support a wide range of common clinical scenarios. These templates are:

Adaptive Templates

Adaptive Templates are available to Scribenote Pro users and offer full customization. With Adaptive Templates, you can:

  • Create entirely new templates from scratch, or by uploading a template PDF

  • Customize a Default Template to better match your workflow

    • Modify sections, layout, and terminology

  • Use and customize templates from our Template Library

⚠️ All team members can view Adaptive Templates created within their team. However, only Scribenote Pro users can create, edit, and apply Adaptive Templates to their notes. Users on the Free plan will need to upgrade to Pro to use them.
