Custom Objective Defaults
Custom Objective Defaults
You can customize the Objective section of your note by updating your Custom Objective Defaults.
This setting replaces the default phrase “not mentioned” with your own custom wording. Any abnormal or more detailed findings discussed during the appointment will still override these defaults automatically. Learn more here:

AI Writing Assistant
AI Writing Assistant
Use the AI Writing Assistant to quickly adjust the format, terminology, language, and level of detail in your notes. You can also choose to “only show abnormals” in the Objective section to remove findings marked as normal or not mentioned.
