So - you know how to switch to another teammate's dashboard on your team, but do you know how to switch to another teammate that is on different team that you are also a part of?
Note to Team Administrators: To add a new team member, please reach out to our Customer Delight Team via the in-app chat and provide the clinic name and Scribenote account email of the user whom you wish to onboard.
Step 1: Locate the Teams Mode Drop Down
At the top right hand corner of your screen (to the left of your profile icon), you will see the drop down menu used for navigating Teams Mode! This drop down shows you all of your current team members and allows you to select the one you wish.
Step 2: Selecting Another Team
Click the team name that is shown immediately above the drop down menu.
Step 3: Switching Teams
Click on the team name and a pop up will appear like so:
From the drop down menu, select the team that you wish to switch to. Then click Confirm.
Step 4: Accessing Teammate on the New Team
Ta-Da! You will now be able to see all of your team members from the new team that you have selected from the drop down menu!
