The Inbox is your central hub for managing notes in Scribenote. From here, you can track note progress, review and edit content, and take actions like exporting or organizing your notes.

You will see a preview of your Inbox on the Dashboard, showing notes that are Available for Review. To view all of your notes, click Expand to open your full Inbox.
You can also access your Inbox by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and selecting Inbox from the drop down menu.
All of your notes appear in the Inbox, organized into tabs based on their current status.
You can search or filter the inbox as well to find the specific note you are looking for. These options are in the top right corner of the Inbox view.

On mobile, you can access your Inbox from the main navigation menu.
All notes are shown in a single list, with the newest notes at the top, rather than separated into tabs. Each note includes a status pill so you can quickly see its current status at a glance. You can also use the search and filter options at the top of the list to find a specific note.

Drafts. Notes that have been saved but are still in progress.
Unsynced. Recordings that are currently syncing to our servers. Notes that failed to process will also appear here.
Available for Review. Notes that have been processed by Scribenote and are ready for your review.
Ready to Export. Notes that have been reviewed and Marked as Done. From this tab, you can export and edit notes.
Exported. Notes that have already been exported. You can export them again or make edits from this tab. To edit a note, click the pencil icon.

Quick Actions
The Inbox includes Quick Actions, allowing you to manage multiple notes at once and streamline your workflow.
To get started, select the checkbox next to any note. You can select as many notes as needed, then choose from the available actions:
Open all in new tabs. Opens each selected note in a separate browser tab.
Move to patient or Duplicate to patient. Associates notes with a patient in the Patient Notebook. You will be prompted to select an existing patient or create a new one.
Transfer ownership. Available for team accounts. This allows you to move notes to another team member’s Inbox.
Delete. Permanently deletes the selected notes.
These actions are designed to help you manage your notes more efficiently and keep your workflow organized.
