Scribephone is a Scribenote Pro feature lets you call your clients directly from the app, no need for external tools! Every call is recorded with both sides of the conversation captured, allowing you to automatically generate a note from the recording.
To use your clinic’s phone number when making calls through Scribephone, you’ll need to complete a verification step first. This must be done on the web version of Scribenote at app.scribenote.com in your browser.
How to make a call with Scribephone
On your Dashboard, look for the toggle button above the record button that has a microphone on the left and a phone on the right.
Click the toggle to switch to Scribephone mode! You should see the button now turn green.
Make sure to select the Template you’d like the recording to be formatted to. You can choose any template, including Adaptive Templates! This can be updated after the call as well, so not to worry if you select the wrong one.
Upon clicking the green call button, you'll see the Scribephone pop-up come up. Here you can enter your client's phone number.
Click the green call button to initiate the call.
When the client picks up, you’ll see the interface say “Connected!” From there carry on your call as usual. Scribenote will record it all, and when the call is ended, your note will appear in the Inbox and begin processing.
